2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Consumers within the EU have a legal right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.
However, this right is limited or excluded for certain product types as described below.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return or Withdrawal

Due to the collectible and sealed nature of trading card products, and to protect customers from tampered or searched products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened, unsealed, or altered in any way:

• Sealed Trading Card Products (e.g. booster packs, ETBs, tins, boxes, etc.)

• Any product with:

  • Broken or removed seal

  • Visible opening damage

  • Booster packs removed or opened

  • Accessories or contents removed

If any seal has been opened or tampered with, the product is considered used, and returns are not accepted.

4. Conditions for Eligible Returns

Returns may only be accepted if the product is:

• Unused

• Unopened

• Undamaged

• In original, sealed packaging

• Complete (including accessories, promos, and original packaging)

• Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period

PokecollectBE reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving a refund.

5. Wrong, Damaged, or Incomplete Items

If you receive:

• Incorrect items

• Missing items

• Damaged items (from transport)

This must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

In cases of wrong items shipped, the error is 100% our responsibility, and we will:

• Offer a free replacement, or

• Provide a full refund, including return shipping costs

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customer-initiated returns (withdrawal) → Customer pays return shipping.

• PokecollectBE error → PokecollectBE covers return shipping.

7. Refund Procedure

Once a return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

• Products deemed opened or tampered will be denied and returned to the customer

8. Exceptions & Manufacturer Defects

PokecollectBE is not responsible for manufacturer defects or randomness of trading card contents (including pull rates, print lines, misprints, etc.).

These are not grounds for return.

9. Business Customers

B2B sales are not covered by EU withdrawal rights.
Returns are not accepted unless defective or incorrect.
